Brief Introduction – Prabhakar Kadapa

•Prabhakar Kadapa is a Post Graduate in Mechanical engineering with a Management qualification from INSEAD, France. He an Alumni of INSEAD and Member on committee of Innovation & entrepreneurship of JNTU, Anantapur.

• Post Qualification, he has put up work experience of 39 years. Out of which, 16 years as CEO & MD for PSA Powertrain, AVTEC (CK. Birla Group), Tecumseh India and Delphi Automotive systems (as Country manager). Apart from above he has worked with BOSCH, L&T, Timex Watches, Mahindra & Mahindra, JCB India in various capacities.

• Currently, he has set up a boutique management consulting firm, Mudita strat-aegis which specializes in Strategy, M&A, Business restructuring, Operations management & supply chain specifics. Recently, Mudita has tied up with Hexagon Technologies, a Global leader in Smart manufacturing & High-end Design and Analysis solution provider to support Digitization of India’s manufacturing value chain

• Prabhakar Kadapa is specialized in Strategy Development & Execution - Product & Business, International Business Development, Operations Management and Business re-structuring/ Turn around apart from managing enterprises.

• Domain market segments are Automotive, Auto components, Construction & Mining Equipment apart from precision engineering

• During the course of work, he has established two Joint ventures (one in India & other in Russia), Three Green field ventures in India and one major acquisition in Switzerland which he managed for seven years profitably.

He is a vivid reader and keeps up to date on Evolving Technologies in Automotive and allied industries. He is a sports enthusiast and keen on Tennis and cricket.

He is happily married to Alevelu Manga whose interests are in Arts & Music and both the children are engineers & residing outside of India now.
